Milestones of Jayamukhi College of Pharmacy

• Jayamukhi college of pharmacy established in 2005 affiliated to Kakatiya University Warangal offering Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.

• 18th Dec’ 2005 I year B.Pharmacy students attended 58th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress held at Hitech City, Hyderabad.

• “Speakers club” was introduced in the college to improve presentation of scientific article contents and communication skills.

• Seminar on ‘Applications of biostatistics to the Pharmaceutical Sciences’ was presented by Ms.Sridevi, Head , Clinical Data Management, from Sristek Hyderabad.

• 27th October 2007 Dr.G.Venkataramana, Clinical Research Scientist, NATCO Pharma, Hyderabad delivered a speech on “Basic concept of clinical drug development”

• 24th November 2007 Prof. P.R.K .Murthy, Head, CIS, Central University Hyderabad presented a lecture on “Intellectual Property Rights: A Case Study”

• Celebrated 42nd National Pharmacy Week by organizing rally in Narsampet town in third week of November-2007 and our students were actively involved to educating the public. Know your pharmacist: for the right use of medicine was the theme of the event.

• 5th April 2008 Prof.V.Mallareddy, Director, Vaagdevi College of Pharmacy, Hanamakonda, presented a lecture on stereochemistry

• 28th July 2008 Analytica Inc., Ahmedabad conducted a workshop on HPLC and trouble shooting .

• 24th September 2008 college has conducted A National Level Seminar On ‘Herbal Drug Industry And Indian System Of Medicine’ in association with Jayamukhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Narsampet.

• We have celebrated 43rd National Pharmacy Week by organizing various educative programmes in Gangadevipally village, Gisukonda ( Mdl) . Our students were actively involved in this programme and delivered message on safe use of prescription to the public.

• 11th December 2008 Our students were actively participated in a two day workshop on ‘How To Be Number One’ by Yendamoori Virendranath

• JCP participated in liquor prohibition rally at Muqdumpuram village in association with NSS Unit of Jayamukhi Institute of Technological Sciences, Narasampet

• JCP actively involved in Mega Health Camp was organized NSS Unit of JITS at Muqdumpuram village in association with Indian Medical Association, Warangal.

• III year B.Pharmacy students on their industrial tour visited Ranbaxy laboratory limited,S.A.S Nagar,chandighar.

• Final year students were paprticipated in 60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, Delhi and presented scientific research papers.

• 26th February 2009 our Students from II year and final year B.Pharmacy were participated in International Herbal Conference held at Bengaluru and presented scientific research papers

• Twelve students of final year B.Pharmacy qualified in GATE 2009 Examination
